BEIJING, March 17 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted 49 km SSW of Maisi, Cuba at 0428 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 11.6 km, was initially determined to be at 19.84 degrees north latitude and 74.36 degrees west longitude. ■
