KABUL, March 13 (Xinhua) -- The Afghan Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has announced the issuance of work permits to more than 15,000 foreign nationals over the past four years, local media outlet TOLOnews reported late Thursday.
These foreign workers are exclusively employed within the private sector, filling specific roles identified as necessary by the market, the report said. ■
