ABU DHABI, March 9 (Xinhua) -- Airlines in the United Arab Emirates have partially resumed limited flight operations as regional airspace restrictions remain in place, according to local media reports and airline updates.
Passengers are advised to travel to airports only if they hold confirmed bookings or have been contacted directly by their airlines, as flight schedules remain subject to safety checks and operational clearance.
Major UAE carriers including Emirates, Etihad Airways, flydubai and Air Arabia said they are operating reduced schedules while monitoring the situation and adjusting operations accordingly.
Airlines emphasised that passenger and crew safety remains the top priority and advised travellers to follow official updates as schedules may change depending on airspace conditions. ■
