DUBAI, March 8 (Xinhua) -- Authorities in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) issued a mobile alert on Sunday warning residents of a potential missile threat and urging them to seek shelter.
According to the alert sent by the UAE Ministry of Interior, residents were advised to immediately seek refuge in the nearest secure building and stay away from windows, doors and open areas.
The alert also urged the public to await further instructions and follow official updates. ■
