RIYADH, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Saudi Arabia's national carrier Saudia announced Friday the partial resumption of its flight operations to and from Dubai, following days of regional closures amid heightened regional tensions.
Flights will resume on a limited schedule starting Saturday, with additional services expected to be restored progressively, according to a post on the company's official X account.
Outbound flights will operate from Riyadh and Jeddah to Dubai, while inbound services will include flights from Dubai to Riyadh and Jeddah. Passengers can book available flights through the airline's official website
Several countries in the region were forced to close their airspace since Feb. 28 amid continued Iranian attacks involving missiles and drones following joint U.S.-Israeli strikes against Iran. ■
