RIYADH, March 3 (Xinhua) -- Eight drones were intercepted and destroyed near the cities of Riyadh and Al-Kharj, the Saudi Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
Earlier, the ministry said that two drones hit the U.S. embassy in Riyadh, resulting in "limited" fire and material damage. ■
