CAIRO, March 2 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. Central Command said on Monday that four U.S. troops were killed during Iran's retaliatory strikes.
It said in a statement on social media platform X that the fourth service member, who was seriously wounded during Iran's initial attacks, eventually succumbed to injuries. ■
