MEXICO CITY, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Retaliation attacks from the Jalisco New Generation Cartel have left 27 security personnel dead, Mexico's Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection Omar Garcia Harfuch said Monday at a daily press conference.  ■
