PHNOM PENH, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia's manufacturers made products worth 13.58 billion U.S. dollars in 2025, down 10.3 percent from 15.14 billion dollars in the year before, said a report from the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation on Tuesday.
Products worth about 9.92 billion dollars were exported to international markets last year, a year-on-year decrease of 11.8 percent, the report said, adding that goods valued at 3.66 billion dollars were supplied to the domestic market, down 6 percent.
The Southeast Asian country had a total of 3,083 large-scale factories as of 2025, employing over 1.16 million workers, mostly women, the report said, adding that cumulative investment capital in the industrial sector was 25.16 billion dollars as of 2025. ■
