YANGON, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar attracted over 398 million U.S. dollars in foreign direct investment (FDI) during the first 10 months of the current fiscal year 2025-26, according to figures released by the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration on Monday.
During the period, the manufacturing sector received the largest share of investment, drawing over 204 million dollars, followed by the transport and communication sector and the power sector, it said.
In the 2024-25 fiscal year, Myanmar secured more than 690 million dollars in FDI. ■
