LIVIGNO, Italy, Feb. 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese snowboarder Liu Jiayu was injured in a crash during the qualification of women's snowboard halfpipe at the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old Liu scored 62.75 points in the first run and fell in the second run, failing to qualify for the final. She was attended to by medical staff and later taken off the field. ■
