ALMATY, Feb. 10 (Xinhua) -- Four people were killed in a road accident in the Aktobe Region of western Kazakhstan, the Kazinform news agency reported Tuesday, citing the regional police department.
The accident occurred on the Aktobe-Orsk highway in the Kargaly District. According to preliminary information, the driver of a passenger car crossed into the oncoming lane and collided with a truck.
As a result of the collision, the driver and three passengers of the passenger car died at the scene. An investigation is underway. ■
