BEIJING, Feb. 9 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.6 jolted northern Chile at 1623 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 151.7 km, was initially determined to be at 20.18 degrees south latitude and 69.03 degrees west longitude. ■
