KUALA LUMPUR, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- As the Chinese New Year draws near, festive decorations adorn the streets and alleyways in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with people immersed in the holiday's joyous atmosphere.
Chinese New Year, also known as Spring Festival, falls on Feb. 17 this year and marks the start of the Year of the Horse.
