LALITPUR, Nepal, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- People celebrated the Basanta Panchami festival on Friday in Lalitpur, Nepal. The festival is observed by worshipping Saraswati, the Hindu goddess of knowledge, wisdom, learning, art, music and culture.
