KATHMANDU, Jan. 19 (Xinhua) -- People celebrated the Madhav Narayan Festival at Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, Nepal. The month-long festival is observed through fasting and praying to Goddess Swasthani and God Madhav Narayan.
