HOHHOT, Jan. 18 (Xinhua) -- An explosion occurred at a factory in western Baotou City, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, at around 3 p.m. Sunday, local authorities said.
The blast caused noticeable tremors in its surrounding areas. Casualties remain unclear as rescue operations are underway. ■
