ALMATY, Jan. 16 (Xinhua) -- Four passengers were killed and three others injured in a bus accident in the Mangystau Region, southwest Kazakhstan, on early Friday, said the country's transport ministry.
The tragedy occurred at 1:03 a.m. local time (2003 GMT Thursday) when the driver lost control of the bus carrying 50 people and traveling from Aktau to Beyneu, causing an overturn.
All the injured were hospitalized, and an investigation is underway, said the ministry. ■
