DHAKA, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- The total number of mobile phone users in Bangladesh surpassed 187 million at the end of November last year, according to the recent statistics from the country's telecom regulator.
Data from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission showed that the number of subscribers in the South Asian country reached 187.06 million in November.
Currently, Bangladesh has four mobile companies, three of which are foreign-backed cell phone operators. ■
