MOSCOW, Jan. 9 (Xinhua) -- The Russian border city of Belgorod on Thursday night came under a missile strike, Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel.
According to preliminary information, no one was injured as a result of the attack, but an engineering infrastructure facility sustained serious damage. ■
