MOSCOW, Jan. 7 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed on Wednesday when a private two-seat helicopter crashed in the Bardymsky District of Russia's Perm region, local authorities said.
Emergency responders are working at the crash site, Russia's Emergency Situations Ministry said, adding that no damage was reported on the ground.
Video footage released by the Ural Transport Prosecutor's Office showed the helicopter's rotor catching on cables over a ski slope during takeoff before crashing into the snow and breaking its tail.
