BANGUI, Jan. 6 (Xinhua) -- Faustin-Archange Touadera, incumbent president of the Central African Republic (CAR), has won an absolute majority in the first round of the presidential election, according to provisional results announced Tuesday by the National Elections Authority, CAR's electoral body. ■
