KIEV -- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Tuesday that Kiev is in talks with U.S. President Donald Trump over the possible deployment of U.S. troops within the framework of security guarantees for Ukraine, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported.
