KIEV, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- Several explosions were heard in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev early on Saturday.
Tymur Tkachenko, head of the Kiev City Military Administration, urged residents to stay in safe places amid the blasts, according to local media. ■
