BERLIN, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed, and four others injured after a van crashed on a highway in western Germany on Monday morning, German media reported.
German news agency dpa, citing a police spokesman, said that six men were traveling in a van in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, when the vehicle veered off the road for unknown reasons, struck a tree and overturned.
The van came to rest on its roof. Two occupants died at the scene, while four others were taken to hospital with injuries.
Further investigation is underway. ■
