PHNOM PENH/BANGKOK -- Nine Cambodian civilians had been killed as of 12:00 p.m. and 46 others wounded in the ongoing Cambodia-Thailand border conflict, Cambodian Minister of Information Neth Pheaktra said on Wednesday.

KINSHASA -- The March 23 Movement (M23) has entered the strategic city of Uvira in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the rebel group said in a statement on Wednesday.

RABAT -- At least 19 people were killed and 16 others injured when two buildings collapsed in the city of Fes in Morocco Tuesday night, the country's state news agency said.
