DUBAI, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- An Indian aircraft crashed on Friday during a demonstration at the Dubai Air Show, killing the pilot.
The Indian HAL Tejas fighter jet crashed around 2:10 p.m. local time (1010 GMT) while flying a demonstration flight.
The Indian Air Force said in a statement that it "deeply regrets the loss of life and stands firmly with the bereaved family in this time of grief."
A court of inquiry is being set up to determine the cause of the accident, the statement added. ■
