BEIJING, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Can children make a difference in climate change?

Themed "Step up for Climate, Light up Children's Future," an event was held by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), China's Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the Chinese Meteorological Society (CMS) to mark World Children's Day in a stadium in Beijing on Thursday, calling for climate solutions.

Reporter Smiley found that in the face of the climate crisis, many young people in China are not waiting to be saved but are trying to lead the response actions.
