TOKYO -- Japan's main opposition Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan (CDPJ) leader Yoshihiko Noda on Saturday called for the country's non-nuclear weapons principles to be upheld, local media reported.

NEW DELHI -- Indian security forces on Sunday arrested a close aide of the bomber of the Nov. 10 Delhi suicide blast, Umar Un Nabi.
Umar had died in the car blast, which claimed at least 13 lives and injured many others.
Amir Rashid Ali, a resident of Indian-controlled Kashmir, was accused of facilitating the purchase of the car used for the blast. (India-Blast-Arrest) ■
