BAGHDAD -- Seven people were killed and six others wounded on Saturday in a tribal dispute over land ownership in the southern Iraqi province of Maysan, a local security official said.
The clash erupted early on Saturday morning between two tribes in a village near the town of Ali al-Gharbi, north of the provincial capital, Amarah, according to Major Ali al-Kaabi from the Maysan Operations Command. (Iraq-Clash-Tribes)

KINSHASA -- At least 20 people were killed overnight from Friday to Saturday in an attack attributed to Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), several local sources told Xinhua.
The rebels raided the village of Byambwe in Lubero territory, North Kivu Province, looting the area and setting fire to about 20 houses.
