ISLAMABAD, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- The counter-terrorism department (CTD) of police has arrested seven terrorists who facilitated the suicide bomb blast in Pakistan's federal capital city of Islamabad, the CTD said on Thursday.
At least 12 people were killed and 38 others injured in a suicide attack outside the District Judicial Complex of Islamabad on Tuesday, according to authorities.
The facilitators were arrested from the country's eastern Rawalpindi city, said the CTD, adding that a raid was also conducted in northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Before the suicide bombing, the facilitators and the suicide bomber had conducted multiple reconnaissance visits to the judicial complex, the CTD said.
The CTD further said that the facilitators have been shifted to an undisclosed location by security agencies for further investigation. ■
