ISLAMABAD, Nov. 12 (Xinhua) -- Three people, including a child, were killed and four others injured in a quadcopter strike by unknown militants in Pakistan's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, police said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred in the Bannu district on Tuesday, where the quadcopter fired at a group of people, killing three on the spot, police said in a statement.
The bodies and the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital, according to the police.
No group has claimed the attack so far.
Police have launched an investigation into the incident. ■
