ANSHAN, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- In recent years, Anshan, a traditional industrial city in northeast China's Liaoning Province, has gained new vitality with the development of a distinctive pet industry cluster that spans pet carrier manufacturing, food processing, and grooming services.
