Chinese shares close higher Monday

BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks closed higher on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.53 percent to 4,018.6 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.18 percent higher at 13,427.61 points. ■
