SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- Apple on Thursday announced financial results for its fourth quarter ended Sept. 27 of fiscal year 2025, with a revenue of 102.5 billion U.S. dollars, up 8 percent year on year.
Its quarterly net income increased to 27.47 billion dollars from 14.74 billion dollars a year ago.
The company posted quarterly diluted earnings per share of 1.85 dollars, up 13 percent year over year on an adjusted basis.
"Today, Apple is very proud to report a September quarter revenue record of 102.5 billion dollars, including a September quarter revenue record for iPhone and an all-time revenue record for services," said Tim Cook, Apple's CEO.
Apple's board of directors has declared a cash dividend of 0.26 dollars per share of the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on Nov. 13 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 10. ■
