KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang said here Monday that China is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with all parties, adhere to openness and cooperation, and take more practical actions to jointly achieve new successes for East Asia's development.
Li made the remarks when addressing the 28th ASEAN Plus Three Summit here in Malaysia. ■
