BEIJING, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- The State Council Work Safety Committee has decided to supervise the investigation into a fishing vessel accident that left 10 people missing, the Ministry of Emergency Management said on Friday.
The vessel capsized in the waters off Changxing Island in Dalian, northeast China's Liaoning Province, on Oct. 18. ■
