KABUL -- Afghanistan's counter-narcotics police have rounded up 14 individuals over the past 24 hours on charges of involvement in drug smuggling and selling, the Ministry of Interior Affairs said in a statement on Saturday.

The alleged drug smugglers have been arrested from Parwan, Takhar, Kunduz, Paktia, Laghman, Kapisa and Daykundi provinces, said the statement posted on the ministry's X account. (Afghanistan-Drug)
