KABUL, Oct. 8 (Xinhua) -- Seven commuters sustained injuries, some in critical condition, as their van turned turtle in northern Afghanistan's Samangan province on Tuesday, spokesman for the provincial police department Hashmatullah Rahmani said Wednesday.
Blaming reckless driving for the mishap, the official added that the accident took place in Dara-i-Suf Payan district on Tuesday afternoon.
This was the second accident of its kind in Afghanistan on Tuesday. A similar accident left 15 commuters injured in eastern Kapisa province on Tuesday morning. ■
