BEIJING, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted off the east coast of Kamchatka at 1607 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 51.71 degrees north latitude and 159.79 degrees east longitude. ■
