Tina Crotta, referee of the World Table Tennis (WTT) China Smash 2025, introduced a new measure that WTT has introduced to protect rackets during transfer from the call area to the field of play. Two types of boxes, one made of paper and the other of plastic, are being tested and could be applied widely in future major events.
