MADRID, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- FC Barcelona coach Hansi Flick faces problems in attack for his side's visit to Sevilla on Sunday night with several key players sidelined through injury.

Barcelona confirmed on Friday that Lamine Yamal would be out for two to three weeks after aggravating the pelvic problem that he picked up with the Spanish national team squad in September.

That injury limited the youngster to just over half an hour against Real Sociedad last weekend and in Wednesday's defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

Yamal has been released from international duty and Barca will hope to have him back for the 'Classico' against Real Madrid on October 26, along with Fermin Lopez and Raphinha.

With Gavi a long-term absentee after his knee operation, Flick's attacking options are limited to Robert Lewandowski, Ferran Torres and Marcus Rashford.

Goalkeeper Joan Garcia is also sidelined after minor knee surgery, so Wojciech Szczesny continues in goal. Flick may also consider resting Eric Garcia in defense after he ended Wednesday's game exhausted.

Sevilla currently sits ninth in La Liga with 10 points this season, nine of which have come from wins away to Girona, Alaves and Rayo Vallecano. At home, however, Mathias Almeyda's side had only one draw with Elche and suffered defeats against Getafe and Villarreal in front of its fans.

It has been a difficult time for Sevilla fans, with the club failing to win at home since February, and unable to claim consecutive wins in almost 18 months.

Almeyda has made Sevilla a more difficult team to beat, with pace on the counter-attack. That could be vital against a Barcelona side that wants to have the ball and plays with a high line of defense.

Sevilla could play Sunday's match almost like an away game and Flick may worry about his lack of options in attack, especially the magic that Yamal can bring.
