Chinese shares close lower Friday

BEIJING, Sept. 19 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks closed lower on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.3 percent to 3,820.09 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.04 percent lower at 13,070.86 points. ■
