NEW DELHI, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- At least 10 persons went missing after a cloudburst hit a village in the Nandanagar area of India's hilly state of Uttarakhand in the early hours of Thursday, confirmed a government official over the phone.
The official said that efforts are being made to trace the missing persons.
Rescue and relief work are also in progress, he said. ■
