KATHMANDU, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) -- Nepali Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Tuesday offered to resign in a letter submitted to President Ram Chandra Poudel.
"Keeping in mind the abnormal situation of the country, I resign as prime minister," Oli said in a letter submitted to the president. ■
