BEIJING, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted Near Coast of Ecuador at 1742 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 1.62 degrees south latitude and 80.85 degrees west longitude. ■
