   ISLAMABAD -- At least 13 people were killed and 31 others injured when a blast went off in Pakistan's southwest Balochistan province on Tuesday, health and police officials said.

   BANGKOK -- Thailand's acting Prime Minister Phumtham Wechayachai announced on Wednesday that his caretaker government has moved to dissolve the lower house of parliament, potentially leading to an early general election.
