XINING, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Four people were killed and 12 others went missing after a construction rope broke at a bridge under construction on the Qinghai section of the Sichuan-Qinghai Railway around 3 a.m. Friday, according to the relevant department in Qinghai Province. ■
