BANGKOK -- Suspended Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra attended a constitutional court hearing on Thursday in a case seeking her dismissal over alleged ethics violations.

YANGON -- A 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck Yangon, Myanmar at about 9:28 a.m. local time on Thursday, the country's Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH) reported.
