KIEV, Aug. 21 (Xinhua) -- Kiev said Thursday that its army destroyed a Russian military vessel in the Black Sea.
The Ukrainian army struck a Russian cutter boat on Wednesday with an air-launched missile near the Zalizny Port in the Kherson region, said the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry on Facebook.
"A highly accurate, devastating missile strike on an enemy target in the Black Sea was achieved thanks to laser illumination from a drone," it said, adding that five crew members "were eliminated." ■
